Another important recommendation was a home stager who made important changes to which we were otherwise oblivious. These changes did not involve furniture rentals, nor did it involve services of any kind that resulted in a four-figure bill - which we thought was inevitable. The cost was only $250, and the service more than paid for itself. To say that the resulting impact to photography and, more importantly, to in-person showings was great is an understatement; it was the best deal in town. Also, this stager came with a network of resources for addressing any home improvement. We'll have this list to consult going forward, for any place we call home.
