Second, regarding this service, there is no hyperbole in their promise of the highest quality customer service. We experienced this from Scott and his team, and so will you. For just one example, the photographs and virtual home tour created by his team could not have showcased our home any better. This is one area that we were quite particular about as we felt no one could know, as well as we could, how to highlight a home that we had loved for so many years. We were wrong. There is no question that the gorgeous, high-quality pictures and virtual home tour they created brought more buyers to our home, and aided in its quick sale. And this was no additional cost to us. As well as receiving fantastic service from Scott and his team, we received the same from vendors he recommended. When our much valued handyman retired, a recommendation from Scott proved invaluable for both our listed as well as our newly purchased property. This handyman was excellent, and he was also abundantly trustworthy and reasonably priced. We were saved the time and effort it takes to find a new one. Another important recommendation was a home stager who made important changes to which we were otherwise oblivious. These changes did not involve furniture rentals, nor did it involve services of any kind that resulted in a four-figure bill - which we thought was inevitable. The cost was only $250, and the service more than paid for itself. To say that the resulting impact to photography and, more importantly, to in-person showings was great is an understatement; it was the best deal in town. Also, this stager came with a network of resources for addressing any home improvement. We'll have this list to consult going forward, for any place we call home. Knowing that these vendors have already been vetted and approved is another time-saver for us. I can’t say enough about how happy we are that we worked with Scott. It was a relief to know that selling your home can be a seamless and satisfying experience, and that it can also be ultimately validating. If you work with Scott, you’ll have no second guesses, no regrets, as you’ll know you've had the best possible outcome.
